The Brief & Overview

HIPAA Fix was first introduced to us as GetCompliant, a SaaS start-up concept. From the name to the visual identity and UI design—everything about their brand had room for improvement.

GetCompliant was had just entered an accelerator and were seeking funding. In order to support their vision, they needed a new name, visual identity, and interface design.

The Verbal Identity

The HIPAA Fix brand is defined by three unique keywords that describe the organization: Trustworthy, Dogmatic, and Thorough. We call these Brand Guideposts and they direct every brand decision HIPAA Fix makes.

The Logomark

The HIPAA Fix logomark takes a tech approach to the familiar healthcare cross and contains an ‘H’ within the negative space. It’s a strong mark, balanced in its symmetry and evoking a sense of trust.

The Visual Language & UI Kit

HIPAA compliance is a serious matter and the HIPAA Fix identity needed to convey a deliberate, analytic, and structured tone. We prioritized sans serifs for primary and secondary messaging treatments. The cool tone palette provides a sense of security while aligning with healthcare.

The Result

HIPAA Fix now has a striking visual identity and UI that bolsters the product’s appearance and aids the start-up in finding financial support.
